I had sold a home for great friends of mine, which required special marketing in a buyer's market. At the end, we got multiple offers and a higher price than they originaly expected. That was fantastic.

Focus on quality work the rest will follow.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
There are so many beautiful places around the world it would be difficult to pick. But I love where I live at present.
