- Home in San Jose & Silicon Valley average $720,000. Condominium and Townhomes Start around $350,000.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- A sense of satisfaction occurs when I help someone accomplish their goals. I have been doing this for over 25 years so obviously it has been successful for me as well.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Rather than challenges, they are new learning experiences, such as now the lending industry problems and helping clients accomplish their goals with new guidlines. As always we will find solutions so that people can buy and sell in San Jose and Silcion Valley areas.

- With the advent of the internet and high technology in real estate, I sold a home to someone from Europe without them having seen the home in person. Personally I have achieved many awards and a sense of satisfaction for all the clients I have helped over the years.

- My family and mentors who have helped me learn and grow.
