a lot of her transaction look unethical. she sold to most her buyers inhouse listings from century 21 su casa agents even geraldine nunez own listings. a lot of these agents did it because according to an insider there were HIGH monetary incentives to do so. geraldine nunez claims to have been top agent during 04-05 but those are the times that she sold inhouse listings. this guy along with his family member felipe neri scamed millions of dollars from latino families. they normally sold listings to su casa agents and buyers were convinced to purchase su casa listings. now most of those agents are either in other real estate companies or with real estate companies afiliated to the su casa owners.

felipe neri is a professional scam artist. rumors are he fled to mexico with millions of dollars after scaming thousands of latino families. this guy sold his listings and made buyers buy inhouse listings from century 21 sucasa because acording to a former agent from su casa there were high monetary incentives to do so and this is unehical. even his family member gilberto neri is in trouble. gilberto's license is non-working, the same status as gloria alvarez's license. i bet they were all involved in the same fraud schemes together.

this agent is part of a lawsuit and her license is currently in a non-working status. i it is because the department of real estate found her guilty. gloria alvarez along with other agents from century 21 sucasa sol their listings amongst each other since there were high monetary incentives to sell each other's listings and to the other real estate companies affiliated with su casa (which are many). No question gloria alvarez is a scam artist

Emilio Alvarez sold many of his listings to other century 21 su casa agents and other su casa agents sold their listings to Emilio Alvarez. An insider of su casa told me there were huger incentives to sell inhouse listings to inhouse buyers and use the inhouse inspection company owned by bic pho and of course use Mariposa Mortgage which as we all know is in a big lawsuit along with su casa. Is Emilio Arellano a scam artist like felipe neri, bic pho and gloria Alvarez? I THINK SO!
