He saved me 80K

When the market was hot I was trying to buy my property and I was with another real estate agent and every place I placed an offer my offers were being rejected, I was so desperate that I decided to offer 80,000 avobe asking price, my loan agent told me about Christian, and he helped me write the offer for my house, he adviced me not to offer the 80K and he wrote the offer, he got the seller to pay for all the closing fees, give me credit to fix the house and to pay for all of the reports. Christian is a great Negotiator. He not only saved me 80K in the purchase of my house, but now with the prices of the houses dropping I can still make my mortgage payments and I have a 80K reserve just in case something happens. Thank You Christian I highly recomend him for your next Real Estate Transaction.

What is the average home price in your market?: 700,000 however I have specialized in multimillion dollar homes. I have the contacts and investors t
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: the feeling of happiness and acomplishment when you hand someone the keys to their new home was the first reason. now it is how to teach the home owner not only how to keep the home, but how to pay it off in six years and how to separate the equity to create unveliebable wealth.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: ignorant people, people that are unprepared and don't kep the records like bank statements, receipts, even phonebills to prove that they exist!
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I have one client who we help refinance his home he later on came back for us to help him buy another home, he then send his daughter to refinance her home, she then bought another home, he bought a third and a fourth home she bought another home. she sold ahome and her brother came to have us help him buy his first home, we help his other sister buy another home, the father now owns 5 homes the first daughter 3 the brother 1 and the other sister 1 we are waiting for the youunger brother so he can buy his own home too!
What is your best characteristic?: I am lovable! and everyone likes me, and people like to do business with people they like! what can I say it is good to be me!
Who or what inspires you the most?: My childhood role models where my uncles (they were my superheroes) Kuan-Chan-Keyn (from the Tv Series Kung Fu) a lot of my moral fiber comes from the super heroes (like superman, spiderman, batman, green Lantern, hawk eye, Ultraman and many more) now I get my inspiration from Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins, and many other authors.
What is the best advice you ever received?: buy japanese! (al bundy -Married with Children) My first car was a 1984 turbo Mustang Cobra! It look amazing, it caught the eye of all the girls. specially when it stop working in the middle of a very crowded intersection and I had to step out and push it while all the drunks from a bar across the street where screaming at me. That car spent more time at the mechanics than in the streets and drain me of all of my worldly posessions. I changed it for a 1990 Nissan Sentra. That little car kicked butt! it was supper fast it was easy on the gas, and never left me stranded or put me in any emarrasing situations. I've been buying Japanese ever since! all Nissan baby!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Puerto Vallarta (por que en el mar la vida es mas sabrosa) and in Mexico's Federal District (AKA Mexico City)
