Sodaking buy a previous house with Shufang Chen and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This realor is very pushy and unkowledgable. Overall feeling was that the realtor really wants to close your deal as soon as possible no matter how bad a deal you may trap yourself into.... And also be careful with the commision split if you ever need to hire this realtor as your agent.
