Alvarez & Alvarez was our agent when we sold our last house. They were not very professional, they did not know the San Jose market very well, and did not worked hard to market our property. We would not recommend them for anyone's buying or selling a property.

"Unbelievable. Alvarez & Alvarez has to be the most unprofessional group of Realtors. I made an appointment to view a listing in San Jose and the agent went to the wrong address. So he says... This would be have been ok except I was driving down from the San Francisco. My wife took time from work to view the listing as well. I called him and he said he was going to call right back. He never called back. He basically demonstrated the character of this outfit. If you do business with them this is what you can expect. I would seek more professional Realtors to deal with."
