This Superwoman somehow makes you feel like you’re her only client; she answered all of our frequent and numerous questions almost immediately. She worked hard for us ALL of the time. Oftentimes when I got up in the morning I would find an email with an update from Rosana. These updates helped keep me grounded during these highly stressful and emotional times. We experienced quite a bit of heartbreak during our purchase process and Rosana was always there to pick up the pieces and make suggestions for other properties or other financing options. She always fought for our best interest while also being calm and collected. She never pressured us but was always realistic. She's witty and fun to be around. Now we have a condo that we couldn't even have imagined in our dreams - all thanks to Rosana. She's a phenomenal agent and a pleasure to be around; I highly recommend her to anyone in any real estate situation.
