Danielle helped me and my husband buy our first home several years ago and then helped us sell that same house last fall at an astounding profit. Buying the house was a breeze with Danielle. As first-timers, we were terrified, but Danielle held our hands through the entire process, answered our millions of questions without judgment, and most importantly, helped us get into the home that was perfect for us. A couple of years later, when we were ready to move to the East Bay, Danielle helped us successfully navigate a really difficult escrow with outrageously demanding buyers. Danielle worked tirelessly to help us get the best price possible and fielded the buyers' demands with the perfect mix of grace and steel. I don't know what we would have done without her.

A calming real estate experience - Danielle Lazier
Danielle Lazier couldn't have navigated me through my first home purchase more smoothly. Her depth of knowledge and keen understanding of my personal interests and situation allowed me to trust her implicitly. She informed me of exactly what was needed and by when to ensure a smooth process. I also enjoyed her fun but information-rich newsletters and mailers - it was just enough to handle at the right time. Her attention was prompt: she answered and offered advice (if I asked) on every question I posed, no matter how silly. I landed in a perfect situation, and a great deal because she had connections to the vast network of Zephyr agents. Her broad base of referrals also relieved the stress of figuring out "pre-move-in renovations" and other services. I will use Danielle for every real estate transaction I pursue in the future.
Does she sleep at night?
I wondered this a few times during my experience with Danielle... when does she find the time to always be three steps ahead? Many a morning I would wake up and find an update from Danielle- a note on a new listing or some new documents to sign- sent at some unseemly hour. No doubt, this girl works hard for her clients. In so many ways I was impressed with Danielle: She understood our somewhat odd priorities; she explained each step of the process without alienating me (I am a first-time buyer); she stayed impeccably calm during the most stressful moments; and she negotiated us flawlessly, through the 'mortgage meltdown' scare, into our dream home. I could not recommend Danielle more highly. Not only does she have the skills, the smarts, and the savvy to get the job done, but she also makes the whole experience rather enjoyable!
Why do we love Danielle?
First time home buyers here and Danielle was not only a delight to work with, but also extremely knowledgeable. She gave us all the right info, guided us in the right direction, supported our decisions, answered our questions, and got the job done. In the middle of our house hunt, we shifted courses toward a different type of home - condo v. single family. This was a new area for us and Danielle helped us through and sealed the deal in a way that made us so happy. We highly recommend Danielle and will certainly use her the next time around.

I had been looking to buy my first loft for over 3 years, with another agent and by myself. Then was referred to Danielle - she was so great.
