Ken helped me find a place, not only in the neighborhood I wanted to live in, but on the very street I desired. He never pressured me, and although the condo I was able to afford was probably in the lowest of the low range, Ken always made me feel my search was important to him. Even though he was on vacation when my offer was actually accepted, he made sure his partner saw me through the rest of the process without a hitch. If not for Ken, I would still be renting instead of sitting in a San Francisco condo that has almost doubled in value since I bought and probably still retains its value.
