Sandra Yee was the property manager of a house I was renting in SF. Sandra Yee was informed that the tenant (my former roommate, another nightmare) would be moving out at the end of the month. I called Sandra on 02/02/08 and told her that the tenant had moved out and the house was now vacated. She told me how much she appreciated the fact that I got this person out because it was likely that a lengthy eviction process might ensue. She then told me to drop off the keys at my convenience. Well, I ended up dropping off the keys on 02/06/08 and guess what; Sandra Yee charged me 6 days prorated rent($373.80) because she did not get the keys until then!! I went to a lot of trouble to get my former roommate out of this house and if I didn't the eviction process would have cost them thousands. And how does Sandra show her appreciation by charging me nearly $400 dollars for dropping the keys off on the 6th!! Do not do business with this woman. She is a BACKSTABBER and beyond CHEAP.
