My husband and I were very unhappy with this agent. She overpriced our home and we ended up selling for $150,000 less than asking. Once we signed to accept the buyers offer she stopped communication with us. The 30 day escrow turned into 60 days with no reason why from our agent. At close of escrow we had to move out of our house but we had not received our money. The title company could not find it for almost two weeks while we had to stay with friends. We were very upset at not being able to find over $100,000. Miss Dew-Ewing called only to tell us to vacate the house immediately and the lost of our money was not her problem. You can't imagine how upset I was. I cried many nights over this. She was cold and unprofessional and I hope she retires and no one uses her as an agent to buy or sell a home.
