Since late 2002 and have loved every minute of it!

What is the average home price in your market?
Avg is approx $700k-$800k. Range: $400k to multi-millions!

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
San Francisco has been seeing a housing boom for a number of years. The newest areas of major new condo developments have been South Beach and Mission Bay.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
YES! I've loved real estate and urban planning and architecture ever since I was a kid so making the career change to real estate was one of my best decisions.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Balancing the expectations of buyers and sellers. Sellers always want the highest price while buyers want to pay as little as possible. It's all very logical and ties into human nature so I try my best to be realistic with my clients as to what they can expect.

Being bale to balance the financial issues of real estate with the emotional side of it.
