I have been in real estate for 25 years, and I have never worked with a more accomplished real estate agent than Antonia. Her trust, loyalty, and professionalism is second to none.

There is nobody else’s real estate expertise that I trust more than Antonia Giaouris. Not only do I respect her honesty, professionalism and intelligence, but she has worked hard and efficiently facilitating all my real estate transactions. She has always answered all of my questions and her consulting skills have always hit the target in my experience. My previous rating accidentally stated I would recommend this person, when in fact I could not recommend them on my behalf to potential buyers/sellers.

It seems that there is more of a disgruntled partner here than an ex-employee going from the last review, because the partner is not happy about the reviews and opinions from others. For one,the person being reviewed does not sell houses but is more of a broker, I chose not to do business with her because I did not see her fit and able to do the job I needed done after meeting with her, (that is my review and opinion). It seems like most of their clients are other close friends of this company's who have established businesses and not work coming from real "outside" clients. They seem to have a "stick to their own kind" clientele, dealing with certain nationalities only- again my take on them. After reading all these reviews on here, it only makes sense that this broker's partner is going to write great reviews about his own business partner and therefor upset that someone dare find that people just don't like the services of his partner, maybe he needs to re-evaluate? I went on my own intuition instead of by any of these reviews that were written good or bad and just chose not to work with her. I am not giving her a good nor a bad review. Most of these "good" reviews are probably not made by legitimate reviewers anyway but by the company itself, who knows.

For the past approximately 2 years, an individual has been slandering my partner, me and my company on the internet. For the record, I have reason to believe that an individual who did some free-lance work and created our old website, is the person slandering my partner, me and my company. Reason being, I was dissatisfied with our old website because it did not exhibit any website design knowledge or talent and definitely did not reflect the accomplishments of our company. I was considering doing business with this person and their company. When I found out they placed false affiliations and information on their website to try and acquire clientele. I looked into this agent and their company and decided it was someone I did not want to do business with. I thought that was a distastful way to try and attract business and shows dishonesty with that said, I can only imagine how their business practices would be like.

I would rather not say in detail what my experience was, but I can say I would not recommend them or ever use them due to my experience.

I would not recommend this agent/broker. Did not feel as though she was looking out for my best interest during my dealings with her and her company Noor Real Estate Investments. I asked around and found that a few others who had delt with her felt the same way in how she delt with clients and their needs.

Lets face it, when you are in the market to buy a home or any type of property; you require an agent with experience and skills- there are many out there that will BS you till the cows come home... I had a tough time finding a reliable and trustworthy person to aid me in the purchase of my first home. Antonia and her team at Noor Real Estate did a wonderful job. I was treated with the utmost respect and all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend my agent Antonia G. to all my business and close friends.

Antonia is by far the best agent I have met even after the sale was finalized, she has stayed in touch to answer our questions, give and refer us to commendable (and reasonably priced contractors e.g. plumbers, painters, etc.).
