I used Debra to sell my house in Marin and to buy my new house in San Francisco. in both cases Debra made the process fast and easy. She was always professional, we never had any surprises. I would recommend her to any buyer or seller.

WAY TO MANY GAMES THAT DO NOT REPRESENT OUR BEST INTEREST! Once again I offer our experience. It has been almost 3 weeks since we last spoke to Debra; I have been attempting to cool off from this awful experience. At first I thought I would just move on-but as a licensed agent/professional with the state of CA I felt it was my obligation to get the word out Debra. As previously mentioned I am licensed but do not practice Residential Real Estate. Debra had previously listed a few units in our building; we felt it could lead to a quick sale due to her experience. As an agent I must attend courses to renew my license, because of this I have been told all about the "methods" used to generate high sales turnover; it is odd to be the receiver of this service because of this knowledge. I tired to talk to her and her broker about these concerns. The broker would not return our calls or emails. I offer this is our opinion and experience- I have nothing to gain in so doing-good luck!
