Stephanie buy a previous house with Denine M Hritz and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had to deal with. We rented from her this year, and she was lazy and not prompt about fixing anything. We went for a week with absolutely no hot water. She did no pre-walk through until 6 months I finally completed it myself. Now we are trying to move out and there is conflict about what was there before we moved in. I feel like it is all about the money and keeping our deposit, and I warn any one who is interested renting or buying from her.
