"My wife Sue and I retained Michael to sell our San Francisco home AND help us purchase our new Palo Alto home. He saved us 2% in commissions on the sale of our house, AND got us a rebate of 2% on the purchase of our new house! Whoever said "you get what you pay for" doesn't know where to shop! We would HIGHLY recommend Michael, and Baron & Chestney Real Estate."

"We wanted to sell our home and move up to a larger one, and Michael was the perfect guy for the job. In a tough Marin market, he got us top dollar for our home, while saving us 2% off the sales commission. THEN, he negotiated a good deal for us on the purchase of our NEW home, and got us a 2% rebate on THAT deal! All in all, we saved 4% in realtor fees! All the while, Michael orchestrated both deals smoothly and coordinated everything perfectly. This guy has CERTAINLY got the goods, and he delivers."
