- It is very challenging to keep up with technology however I am directing more and more attention to the tools available everyday.

- Every real estate transaction is different. Every client and their needs are different. I get great joy successfully closing the deal my clients seek.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I stay on top of the transaction insuring they close even when I have to do the opposing agents job. I will follow though on every detail and beyond.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I get inspiration from those who seek honestly and loyalty in their purchases and sales of real estate. All too often home buyers and sellers are disappointed by the lack of knowledge and service other agents display. My inspiration comes from lifting my clients back to the excitement level they deserve when conducting a real estate purchase or sale.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The best advise I think I have ever received that supports my success in real estate is that "People do business with People, not corporations". I believe in building personal relationships with all my clients and like to turn them into long time friends.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be right here in the San Gabriel Valley where I grew up and went to school. This is the place I feel comfortable with and I believe in. This has been my home since birth.
