Kyle saved me from foreclosure!

I owned a 4 unit investment property in San Diego and was in danger of losing the property to foreclosure. I received a letter in the mail from Kyle offering to help, so I gave him a call. Kyle educated me on what my options were to avoid foreclosure and we decided that a short sale was best for me. Kyle and his team guided me through the process from start to finish. The thing I liked most about working with them is the way they kept me updated on the process the entire time. I would definitely do business with them again.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love helping a family buy their first home. Handing over the keys when escrow closes is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I also enjoy helping San Diego homeowners to avoid foreclosure with short sales and loan modifications. I know that the stress of a foreclosure can put a ton of stress on a family. I love being able to help relieve this pressure from a family in need at no cost to them!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The volatility of the real estate market. With increasing government involvement, the real estate market has been extremely volatile over the past 5 years. I pride myself in staying up to date with the latest government policies and the ways which I can utilize them to help my clients.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I was recently contacted by a family going through a divorce and foreclosure at the same time. I was not only able to help them avoid foreclosure but by doing so, I relived a huge pressure from their lives. They ripped up their divorce agreement and are now a happy family again.
What is your best characteristic?
I feel that my market knowledge, industry relationships and tenacity to do what is in my client's best interest are my three best characteristics.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Helping families is what inspires me the most...whether it be helping a family to buy their first home or whether it be helping family to avoid foreclosure. Making happy families is what inspires me.
What is the best advice you ever received?
NEVER take no for an answer!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right here in San Diego, CA. I love this city, the people and most importantly, the weather!
