We are currently experiencing a market decline in the county. There are many homes being offered for sale as short sales and bank owned properties. There are some great opportunities right now if you are in the market to purchase a home.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
The best part of my job is being able to work with many great clients and helping them achieve their goals.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Every day in real estate presents a brand new challenge. It does not matter how long one has been in the business, there is always something that comes up that is a new learning experience. It keeps the job interesting and I am constantly learning.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
A success story for me is to see a very happy client once they finally close escrow.

What is your best characteristic?
I am very patient and base my business on honesty. I have a very friendly and fun personality.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My mother. She has taught me the strength I have today to be the best that I possibly can be.

What is the best advice you ever received?
When fear is knocking at your door, answer it, beacuse you will find no one is there....

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I am living my dream to be able to call California home. Having been born and raised in Chicago, I really appreciate the natural beauty and warm weather.
