We used deborah as a buyers agent. i would not recommend her to anyone. very bad negotiation skills. she is always working for the seller and not the buyer. ill advised offer price. she would simply panic each time we asked her to negotiate something with the seller. she was not capable of providing any information about the escrow procedure to us. the attitude was to just get the documents signed and deal through escrow. she may be a an agent in a sellers market where buyer has no room for negotiation, but definitely not an agent for todays market conditions.
