We have many new developements in varios stages of completion and many new homes on the market.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love seeing buyers move into a home they purchased from my team, especially 1st time buyers, they could light up a room. I get a great amount of personal satifaction in knowing I helped people buy their first home.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Finding qualified buyers has always been challenging in San Diego. The price of home ownership in San Diego is somewhat higher than most parts of the country.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Most recently, one of my clients interviewed three realtors before listing with me. Each agent gave about the same estimate of value for the selling price which was $50,000 less than I indicated the home would sell for.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My wife is on the list, but I still remember a class I had when I first moved to San Diego. The class had the weirdest name "Sweat Hogs", the class was about selling homes and answering objections. The teacher was Floyd Wickman, I have never met a more powerfull speaker and another person who was so inspiring.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Don't talk about it, just do it!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I would be in San Diego California. Although I am not a native, I find myself more at home in San Diego than I have ever felt anywhere. With an average temporature year round of 72%, what more can one ask for?
