I used Mrs. Rogers not too long ago, and I can't tell you how many problems I've had, and am continuing to have. She will tell you just about anything to get the sale. Many of the things were completely INCORRECT that she would tell us! Not only that, she has a reputation of mixing her own personal ventures with her business. Another woman I know bought a house that SHE FLIPPED. The house fell apart shortly after, and she was stuck with the repairs. Of course she couldn't afford all the work, and eventually she lost the house. I called her numerous times, with no return calls. I'm pretty sure that is illegal! Not only am I facing extreme financial reprecussions from this agent, I have lost almost everything in the process. PLEASE!!! If you have a choice, stay clear of this headache. Don't make the same mistake my husband and I made. I WILL be filing a federal lawsuit to keep her, and her enterauge from scamming anyone else EVER AGAIN! I bet she has made a fortune taking advantage of people

I was referred to Libby through a friend of mine. My mother was looking to buy a house and although my mom already had an agent we had some questions he couldn't answer.
