purchase with Agnes Vidacs
I sold my latest project in the Heritage and needed a new one. I started looking for homes with Agnes in Poway. After listening to my needs within 1 week she find me a fixer with gorgeous views. My first home purchase
I just bought my first home/condo in Claremont Mesa..... a bank owned foreclosure. I was very excited but extremely nervous at the same time. Agnes made sure I understand every part of the purchase, she kept me informed and made sure everything was happening on time. What made my transaction more difficult that the bank and the Title/Escrow company was out of state. Her knowledge, her hard work and her "staying on top of everything" work etich made things easy. She even provided a lender to help me to get qualified and get the loan on time. My transaction was very pleasent. I am particulary greatful for her professionalism and emotional support during the entire transaction. Thank you very much Agnes Vidacs for making my purchase as important as your much more expensive ones. I am extremely happy in my new home thanks to Agnes Vidacs!
