Six months ago today I "met" Denise while looking for information on-line concerning the HAP DOD program. Yesterday, I was able to sell my home largely due to Denise's help. I have never met this person that I have come to know as my guardian angel who just happens to be a realtor. My home is in Montgomery AL, we live in Washington DC and Denise is in San Deigo. Because of her care and concern for military families she has helped guide us through this frustrating process without meeting us face to face. She has spent countless hours talking to me while I try to understand HAP, answering questions at all hours of the night just because I woke up and had a "oh no what if this happens" thought. She has been there for my husband and I (he is an active duty Colonel in the AF) and yet, has never met us. To me, she is an angel sent to help allay our fears and to walk with us during these past months. I can honestly say she is a true friend and a realtor that YOU want to work with.

I purchased a home in May in which Liliya Sag represented the seller. I am now proceeding with a formal complaint and pursuing arbitrations of non-disclosure of polybutylene piping concealed in the home.

I just bought my first home/condo in Claremont Mesa..... a bank owned foreclosure. I was very excited but extremely nervous at the same time. What made my transaction more difficult that the bank and the Title/Escrow company was out of state. Her knowledge, her hard work and her "staying on top of everything" work etich made things easy. She even provided a lender to help me to get qualified and get the loan on time. My transaction was very pleasent. I am particulary greatful for her professionalism and emotional support during the entire transaction.
