From the beginning Tracie seemed to be flakey, not calling when she said she would and returning emails 2 or 3 days after they were sent, if she responded at all. We let it go because she was going on vacation. Things improved marginally when she returned, but quickly dropped off again. Phone calls and emails were not answered. My wife an I did most of the work finding the properties. We only called Tracie when we wanted to see a particular house. Unfortunately, Tracie said that we needed to give her a week's notice to see a house, but by that time, most houses had multiple offers, or were already Pending/Under Contract. Eventually Tracie just stopped returning phone calls and emails all together. We have a few outstanding offers out as of today, but since we can't get in touch with Tracie (after 3 months), I have no idea if any of those ever came through. I have spoken to a few other people who have tried using Tracie and they have had the same negative experience.
