We rented from Michael Pinzini for 7 months on a month to month basis. We took all the tenants trash every Monday for mike, we showed the place to prospective renters for mike, we were quiet tenants and we kept the place in great shape and even cleaned all the old oil out of the deposit for mike. We had asked Mike to fix the washer and dryer when we moved in, he said he would fix them, but he has never tried to fix them. The old washer and dryer wont work. they are old and haven't been used in over a year, there is no plumbing where they are in the back. The next door neighbor's daughter's room was flooded from a leaky ceiling. Mike said he would fix it, but four months went by and mike did not fix the ceiling in the little girls room. The neighbor then refused to pay rent and Mike evicted him. A month before moving out, we let him know we were moving out and sent a month notice to him for the records. He said he would give us back our deposit. The day after we moved out we tried to call mike about the deposit. He did not return our calls. we send certified mail but they were returned as unclaimed. We tried to take Mike to court but he did not show up. We sued mike for $7,200. Mike still has not contacted us and we will never see our deposit again. We have lost over $4,000 renting from Michael Pinzini due to court fees, travel, cleaning and a non returned deposit.
