Unfortunately I utilized this realtor for a rental. After the lease was signed, this realtor was nowhere to be found. He will not return phone calls and if an issue arises with my unit, I am on my own. Unorganized, lacks basic communication skills, and lacks the courtesy necessary for quality customer service.

Barbara is an absolute gem! She is one of those rare people that some never get a chance to meet in their lifetime. You will not find a more deeply involved, truthfully caring, HONEST, self-motivated, business-minded, intelligent realtor anywhere else in California. I purchased (and years later sold)my first home with Barbara by my side as my realtor and I couldn't have been more fortunate! She knows EXACTLY what to do to make your house sell and she wants you to find your perfect home just as much as you do (and you just can't say that about many realtors in today's market!!) If I still lived in California, ONLY BARBARA would ever represent me as my realtor-she'd top notch, cream of the crop! There's no better way to go!
