We rented from this agent. I was taken out of work early due to complications in my pregancy my daughter was born two months early. We were late on our rent and agreed to move out. Left the house in great condition moved out by date specified and they put an unlawful detainer on our report. Tried to contact Genmar to find out why and was yelled at and accused of almost causting the owner into forclosure. We paid our rent not sure how that happens anyway we were asked to stay at the property after we had paid a deposit on another place to live. I have all the paperwork and names of people that I spoke with at Genmar one of them no longer works there and it is so convenient how Ginney does not remember that at all. We were good tentants just had a life change. We always paid our rent plus the late fees. Foreclosure happens when people do not pay the rent or mtg. We took videos before and after we moved. We left the place in better condintion than what it was rented to us in.
