- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- As a native, I love promoting San Diego. Discussing how it has totally transformed over the past 20 years excites me. Real Estate has been the center of it all.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Dispelling the many myths the public shares with me on what they see the market reflecting. Whether it be "Interest rates! or If we have bottomed out!" they are curious, and very opinionated. I am direct with my knowledge, but respectful to their ideas and perspectives.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- My 1st real client was a family friend. He how multiple properties here in San Diego. He had moved away to Seattle, WA years ago. He decided to sell all of his property back in 2004. He requested my representation and I was hired to do the job. We 1st sold a parcel of land Zoned for 2 units. We then sold the house next door. Later we sold a 1/2 acre lot a few miles away. Shortly after close of escrow I received a letter from my client. And quote: "I want to thank you for your professionalism. You were efficient, caring, honest and negotiated each deal within a timely manner. You have made me a millionaire! I would refer you to family and friends." Since then my client has been loyal and as a contractor and investor, very informative about the Real Estate market and trends.
- What is your best characteristic?
- My passion and direct approach to my career and sense of expressing topics I am very knowledgeable in.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My family and friends quest for knowledge about life in general. I am always fascinated about learning new avenues or approaches to finding very badly needed information, no matter how great or small. Communications, and public services are my roots to client and customer satisfaction.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- someone once told me that I have it! I was not sure what it was! As I began to grow and mature I am relizing that "It" is knowing who you are, where you are going, and not worrying how I am going to get there. I just know! Drive is it! If I keep going, searching and seeking I know I will find "It".
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Egypt!
