- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Opportunity to work with a variety of people from first time hombuyers to sophisticated investors. Every day is different but never boring. We truly enjoy what we do an love going to work everyday.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Being able to educate clients on a large scale about the state of the market and benefits of owning real estate. Overcoming misconceptions in the public from the media.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- We recently helped a young couple with two childern purchase their first home after helping them improve their credit scores to qualify for amazing first time buyer financing. We ended up selling them a For Sale By Owner and negotiating a win-win for everyone one involved in the transaction. Without our experience and knowledge this would have never come together. Being able to bring value and advice to a client is a great feeling when helping people.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Honesty & Education. We are always honest and upfront with our clients so that they really know what their options are. We educate our clients on their options and the sales process so that they can make informed decisions. We work closely with our clients long after the sale has closed.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Other peoples success stories and the endless opportunities that present themselves everyday. Knowing that our service and advice is helping our clients establish financial independence is really enjoyable when it all comes together.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- When we started our own company my former broker said that if he were to do it again he would have just had a small effective team that focuses on the clients rather than hiring a lot of agents. We a now full service office that has created and effective business model for our clients and ourselves, allowing us to focus on the clients and investments in the San Diego market.
