AJ leaves no stone unturned and can usually, without the aid of a calculator or a computer, tell you: the price per square foot to do repairs / improvements, neighborhood comps, the quality of the neighborhood in relation to schools, shopping, etc… In addition he would always point to red flags we would often overlook like flight paths, drug rehab clinics and crime. Because AJ has bought and sold in so many parts of San Diego, he has intimate knowledge of the pros and cons that novice realtors would not be aware of. Just that all buyers must be completely ready with their Direct Lender DU approvals and their bank statements when they submit an offer.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I like it when the buyers close escrow and are so excited. I work very hard to find them the perfect house. As the years go by and I'm thanked by my buyers that makes me happy that I'm in Real Estate.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
These days it is just finding a home for buyers. It may take 20 offers to get one accepted.

My best characteristic is my ability to find the perfect home for my friends and clients that have the patients to find the right house.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I would say one of the most inspiring moments in my life was a 50 foot fire walk on Maui Hawaii.

To live life like it is my last day.
