R.S. buy a previous house with Rose L Avedisian and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Rose Avedisian was the listing agent for 4142 Camino Ticino 92122. In MLS, she claimed that mold remediation was complete. Upon inspection, we found mold in kitchen and bathroom. She promised to conduct environmental testing, but instead sent out her contractor to clean the mold with bleach before we could test it. We asked for info regarding original mold remediation she had done but she claimed that she had given us everything she has when in reality she gave us very little info, which was all contradictory and poorly done. We tried working with her, but she decided to cancel our contract rather than provide answers regarding the reoccuring mold on this property. BUYER BEWARE!!!
