Paul Wrather buy a previous house with Sheila Iwai and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Last year we put a deposit on a rental property with Sheila 3 months in advance before moving to San Diego from middle Tennessee. Upon the day of the move-in with the movers already scheduled Sheila addendums herself out of the contract because she is friends with the homeowners. Leaving us to deal directly with the homeowners through a miserable move-in. We are constantly left on the homeowners schedule for repairs and that is if they don't forget to come to the house for the repairs. And oh yes it would have been nice to know that the homeowners live three houses down from the property. So if there is a repair everyone comes down.
