Trustworthy and Hardworking for YOU!

Chris and Tamara Swanson were the Seller's agents who diligently worked hard for 13 months on my home-to-be. Yes, I am the buyer, who was BLESSED to have BCS work with my real estate agent. BCS's perseverance to keep the property that was to be my home from foreclosure is nothing short of a Miracle! They worked through complicated transactions, multiple mortgage lenders, collection agencies, changing real estate rules, and poor communication. At the end of purchasing my home difficulties arose but they relentlessly continued to help ensure my property was secured for me, providing me with personal support and fact-based information at all hours of the night and day!
