Michael Chagala bought a home and would recommend using Alec
for your home
purchase.
Comments: "We have been renting a small, two bedroom house in Clairemont from by Alec Deaton at Add Realty for several years now and are extremely happy with how the property is managed.
The house was very clean upon moving in, even appeared to have recently been remodeled. The yard was also in very good condition, and maintenance is provided at no extra charge. This was a pet friendly rental, allowing us our beloved dog to live with us.
Only once or twice have repairs needed to be made, and Add Realty responded immediately by sending a professional to fix the problem with very little inconvenience to us.
A rent check of ours was sent back to Mr. Deaton due to insufficient funds - Mr. Deaton made us aware of the situation and simply asked for a new check. He was kind enough to wave the late fee.
Although our rent was below market price to start with, our rent has never been raised - in return, we keep the house in great condition and have even made some of our own improvements." Read full review |
