We were looking for a house in San Diego in 2010. We were not a native of San Diego, so we were not too sure which area to look into. In addition, we were first time home buyer. Lynda really knows her stuff and proved to be extremely effective at finding and securing a portfolio of properties for me in the San Diego area. My only hesitation in recommending her is that she might be too busy next time I need her services!

I have worked for Fed Ex for more than 20 years and was losing our home. The process had its hiccups, but they did not give up on us. I recently had a heart attack due to so much stress. She and her husband sacrificed their commission to get the deal done. She was able to get us into newer paid off vehicles and get us on the right path with our finances. I am writing because I don't want anyone else to go through what I have went through. Kismit took our money for rent months in advance. She then called me 2 days before I was moving in to tell me I had to find somewhere else to live. This was beyond stressful considering I have 2 kids, and was already packed up and ready to move in. We did find another place. But our lawyers had to get involved to get out money back from her. She would promise me she had the funds, and show up with either $100 or nothing, she owed us thousands! We finally got the money back. Kismit promised to "right her wrong" and pay the extra $300 a month in rent for the place we found (b/c it was out of our budget.). Needless to say I have been living in this home for 3 months now and haven't seen a penny of that money! She is a great liar and can make you believe anything she says, BEWARE!

We would recommend this agent 100%. We lost our home in San Diego. Kismit negotiated to have it re-purchased with the help of our family. The bank stated they had never seen the level of dedication by another agent. She has assisted the majority of our family at great sacrifice to her own time, energy and commissions. We would recommend Kismit to anyone. We sold and purchased our home via Kismit and Paul after dealing with previously disappointing situations with agents. Our children also purchased solid investmensts because of her. Then, rented one condo with huge success. We used someone else to re-fi and got into big trouble with payments. Our home was foreclosed on. In the process of moving out of our home we found her card and called her. She spent 2010-2011 tirelessly recovering our home that had officially went into foreclosure. Our lives are recovering. There is no better dream. There is no better agent!

I am a San Diego landlord, Kismit Cyriacs called me offering her services as a Realtor for property management purposes. She managed a couple of tenants. Initially the complaint was that she was literally unreachable by phone or email, and eventually the rent payment she was making to me was becoming one week, two weeks and even three weeks late in average. That is after she have received payments from the tenant for months in advance and security deposits. Several times she gave me checks with no funds that obviously bounced, the checks were from Paul Vella's account (I believe her husband). When things got really ugly is when my last tenant moved out and she didn't even had their deposit available, they couldn't collect and on top of it she still owe me their last month rent which she already collected in advance. I have tried to reach her several time unsuccessfully. I am out the last month rent and security deposit and have only heard promises , but no actions have occurred. I am taking this to the authorities in all possible channels to make sure nobody else have to go through what I am going through with these two individuals.

Ending up costing my father money. After accepting our offer on a condo, he backed out for no good reason. Very shady business person.

I am a deployed Army Officer, and was called by Kismit who brought me a tenant who needed to move from Park Terrace. I had/have not agreement with Kismit as the tenant and I would handle the financials between ourselves. My tenant gave Kismit the $1950 deposit and two months rent (I find the 2nd month requirement suspicious) Paul Vella, who I assume is related to her and possibly her husband) deposited 2 seperal personal checks, once which bounced. I am now short APR 2011 rent and my tenant is out $3900. Promisses have been made but by this date, 17 APR, I have only the deposit.

We were not typical buyers and were pretty choosy about what we wanted for the fairly low price we could afford to pay. Approaching our retirement years, we wanted a home and a neighborhood we could love for the rest of our lives. We wanted a house with some charm and character in a nice but diverse, eclectic neighborhood. Trees were a must for me and the less fixing up the better for my husband. The home also had to fall within a certain distance from my husband’s office. Making the task even more challenging, we were FHA buyers. We have both been previously divorced and out of the housing market for a long time and we had little cash. But, we have good jobs and good credit and we wanted to take advantage of the lower prices and interest rates in today’s market. Needless to say, we were not the easiest clients to please or deal with. Jared assured us he would help us find the right deal but it would take some time and he got down to work. He knows a lot about whether a home will pass FHA inspection, etc. and he is very able to size up and compare various neighborhoods and locations, especially in the San Diego area. He also had contacts with other agents and a mortgage broker which were also very helpful when everything finally came together. We weren’t in a rush but we had to be patient and not get too discouraged when homes we bid on went to cash buyers. Finally, after months of looking and deciding against pursuing a short sale, we found the perfect house. Jared really went to bat for us and almost before we knew it our offer was accepted!
