I would highly NOT recommend going through Jeff. He is a compulsive liar and extremely rude. His professionalism is below substandard. Stay clear!!! all he wants is your money and he is out for himself.

I can't find a website or address for York & Associates Realty. Realtors that don't want to be found aren't very good realtors. Just went to realtor.com. There isn't a James York, realtor within 100 miles of 95814. Checking with CA Dept of Real Estate for all the York's within 100 miles of Sacramento and they're all women; five of them. Don't be swayed by imposter realtors. Legitimate realtors don't hide from potential customers.

We were referred to Sheila, after having met with two prominent realtors, from two separate firms, who sell many houses in our area (Curtis Park). This was in 2009, and the market was very uncertain. Both of the other realtors were eager to list our house, at a price that we felt would have seriously devalued the hundreds of thousands of dollars we had invested in it over 22 years. By contrast, Sheila went to work to research comparables in the immediate region. She believed in the house, and worked hard to figure out a realistic but achieveable price. She then marketed it extremely effectively, teaming with her photographer husband to produce truly beautiful and representative pictures. The result: we had a full price, cash offer within 3 weeks. Sheila is candid, smart and hard-working. We loved working with her. We now consider her a treasured friend.

Rosalyn Van buren Tovar lived on my street this year in a friend's beautiful little home in the Fab 40s. Not only did she pay rent late most months, checks bounced, and she totally skipped out on her last month's rent and several month's worth of utilities. She may have even stolen property from Coldwell Banker, which she dumped in the residence driveway upon move-out. Much of the furniture had been left in the rain for an extended period and was ruined, she broke contracted agreements with the owner, and lied. The owner made many gracious attempts to accommodate what appears to be someone great at taking advantage of the system. She would not make a reliable real estate agent, does not respect the property of others, is not responsible or remotely good with finances. She moved to our street from a million-dollar home on a double lot in front of McKinley Park, and now her past spending habits are funded by public assistance. I hope nobody is fooled by her, in any capacity or field.

This company does not know how to complete short sales. STAY AWAY!!!

This guys (Sac Delta Prop Management) are slimy. If you have a choice to rent from another property management company - do it. Did not have a good experience with them.
