Vessie buy a previous house with Phillis M Powers and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I met Phyllis at this Candle shop and she tried to sweet talk me into a home that she said she had available for rent and the rent would be $1200.00 and I had done some research in that area and all the homes were going for more than $2200.00 and so something told me not to trust her and so I told her that I would let her know after I talked to my husband and I never called her and she kep calling me for a few weeks and after all this unfolded she is no where to be seen. Please everyone stay away from this FRAUD PHYLLIS POWERS!

You should be ashamed of yourself young lady. And as a black woman too? We have had to defend ourselves and justify alot of things due to our race. And then in the forefront of illegal doings.......a black lady. Wonder why we get such a bad rap? THANKS!
