- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- Its challanging, and always changing so I don't ever feel board. I also like being rewarded based on what I do so I am always trying to do more and do it better.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The inconsistancy of the market, and the huge grey area invelved in the current market. It seems like most people don't understand whats going on so nobody knows how to react which makes it diffacult for policy makers to solve the problem.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I assisted one of my investor clients in purchasing an 11 property reo portfolio from a large lender. None of us had done it before and the properties were spread across multiple states. All said and done my clients almost doubled their money in a short amount of time. We all felt like we had hit a huge home run doing something new.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Constantly thinking of better ways to do things (I think logistics is my specialty). I am contantly trying to improve my process and find new ways to do things. This benefits me and my clients because everything just gets easier for everyone.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My grandfather inspires me the most. He had a vision and a plan to create a college, and through his passion excecuted the plan bigger then anyone expected through doing what he loves.

- Just do it.
