Jon K buy a previous house with Marty Maertins and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Irented a space from this very personable man and he appeared to be honest and of integrity. I gave my 30 day notice and he promissed to return my deposti immeadiately. I didn't receive the deposit so I phoned in case he had mailed it and it was missdirected. I wasn't too concerned as the 30 days had not expired for his legal obligation. When I finally received the deposit, he had charged severla bogus and fabricated charges. More than half the deposit, but not enough for me to seek legla action due to time and fees. he will cheat you if he gets a chance. Beware and forwarned.
