We purchased a home from Jacqueline also. She was the seller and buyer agent for the home we purchased. She literally held out disclosure information about the property, lied about what can be done prior to signing some agreements to benefit herself and the seller, and did not let us inside the house we were purchasing while the home inspection was occuring! She made our homebuying experience miserable and has extremely poor customer service skills.

This lady was the seller's agent of the house we bought. She made house buying a terrible experience for us. Her clients (the sellers) feel the same way about her. I know because we are now good friends. She is very controlling and pushy. She is so untrustworthy too. When we first met her she offered to be our buyer's agent at the same time being the seller's agent of the house we wanted to buy. Such a big hypcrite. How can she serve a buyer and seller's interests at the same time?!? Then when we were getting along with the seller's, she insisted there be no communication between us, even scaring the sellers with ridiculous stories of how the law says we can't talk. Buying/selling a house is a very important decision and experience. Don't put your fate in her hands!
