Jason and I were very pleased with the courtesy we resived from Carol and Craig! They listened to what we were looking for in our dream home and location! Everything went smooth in the transaction of the house we bought, also a great experience for being a first time home buyer!!!!!!!!! Jay and I both recommend going though them on finding your right (dream) home, because they go above and beyond the call of duty! We cant thank you enough!!!! :)

Recently I contracted with Terri L. Bradley to lease commercial space in Redding. A prospective tenant who knew the shopping center I own contacted Bradley and we began negotiations for a lease of the space using Bradley as the agent. The communications regarding the lease were so poor the tenant walked away from the space out of frustration with the process and Bradley's misrepresentations as to the lease details. In a final attempt to get things back on track, the prospective tenant called me directly. It became clear that Bradley's communciations to both of us were not accurate and in some cases unprofessional (she passed on a confidential email from me to her to the tenant, albeit deleting a portion of it). The prospective tenant stated she still wanted the space but only if Bradley was not apart of the negotiations. I concurred and in less than 24 hours we had a signed lease agreement. Dealing with Bradley and Century 21 was a very unpleasant, unprofessional experience.

Mr. Maguire, I'd like to formly apologize to you. I also commend you for your honesty.
