What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Keeping up with the changes in the technologies. It's my job to make sure that my marketing skills keep up with the rapidly changing demands of buyers and the ways in which they search for a home.
I also find that it is critical for me to stay informed with the things that currently and may potentially impact the housing market - economic trends, consumer confidence, supply and demand. It can be tough to stay informed and think about the potential outcomes for the coming months for my clients.
