We recently bought our first home with Bryan Tipton as our agent, and he went above and beyond for us. We had 2 agents before Bryan who both tried to get us to purchase homes out of our price range. Bryan showed us homes in our price range and less. There was no pressure and he made a point of making appointments, so we could see as many homes as possible. As first-time homebuyers we were very apprehensive about signing anything, but Bryan took the time to explain everything to us. We also had an inexperienced broker who raised red flags to the underwriter, and our ESCROW became a nightmare. Bryan was very diligent about contacting every party involved every single day to make sure things were done correctly and on time. He worked with us for 6 months before we closed on a house. Bryan is different than other real estate agents because he really wants the best for his clients (not himself).

I sold my home in Solana Beach and Neil looked after every detail. I had relocated and he exceeded my expectations and got me a better price then I ever imagined.
