Complete Idiot

I wanted to look at a home this agent was listing. He was unable to talk to my agent, because he didn't speak English! She had to go through THREE different agents in his office before talking to someone who spoke SOME English. We made arrangements to see the house. When we got there, the owners were inside, looking right at us at the door, but completely ignored us. Our agent called Mr. Rodas's office again, and was told we can see the house. After being ignored for several minutes, we left in disgust. I would not even LOOK at a house if I see this jerk's name on the listing!
