vinnie sell a previous house with Toni V Kadom and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
no reo, no short sale, seller motivated stated in ad, however, they do not want to move out for 6 months after closing escrow. That is worse than any short sale etc. She keeps calling our realtor and mortgage guy expecting it to happen, not in this market!!! She needs to let potential buyers/other realtors know what her sellers want ahead of time, and tell them
