Increasing desirabilty, and diminishing availablity of land for building, ie the perfect supply and demand scenario for long term increase in home equity.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
10 years ago the President of the United States trusted me to train people how to stay healthy on the battle field,and I was honored to do that. Today I teach people how to stay healthy financially through houses, and their isn't anything better than that, is there?
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The low level of knowledge that exits concerning real estate and the subsequent increasing liability that exists as a result of this. For example, the current increasing rate of foreclosure is a result of what I am referring to.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I have a client that lived in an Apartment when I met him in 2001; Today he owns 3 residential homes for investment and resides in a $1.6 million home with a view of the Ocean. He allowed me to facilitate all of the transactions and assist him in becoming wealthy.

Overcoming adversity.

People willing to do what is the right thing.

Inspite of the odds, we try, if we don't try, we don't do, if we don't do, then why are we here.
