Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love building my business and making it better all the time. Having systems and checklists for every part of the process helps make the process of selling or buying a home much easier for my clients!
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
In general, people think Real Estate is an easy profession. But it takes skill, organization, and a lot of effort to build a sustainable business.
What is your best characteristic?
Perserverance. I will not give up until the job is complete.
What is the best advice you ever received?
To get a professional coach for my real estate business. I am glad I followed the advice, and have had the same coach since March 2002 at www.BuffiniandCompany.com. He helps me stay focused to meet my personal and professional goals.
