i worked with Rae as an agent on a rental. despite our wonderful dealings early on, we ended up in a dispute. Rae and the landlord then testified in court that they were justified in not complying with some very clear laws so that they could make lots of money on another deal. needless to say that the judge admonished and held against them. Rae is willing to conspire with others and participate in legal violations for profit. i would be very cautious of dealings with kind of business person.

don't use her. she is flaky, condesending and irritating.
