If you like an agent who always shows up with stained clothes, hair matted in the back like she just crawled out of bed and REEKING of cigarette smoke to high Heaven, then this is the agent for you. She is the most tactless, unprofessional agent we have ever come across. We would not recommend her to our worst enemy. Do yourself a HUGE favor and look elsewhere.

My experience with this agent was not positive! I was a 12 month tennant in one of her properties. She admits she never inspected the property at the begining when moving in, but at the begining was very passive about the condition of the condo. Upon us leaving we were charged for everything from air filters to lightbulbs in ceiling fans that I installed and left upon departure. I promise the placed looked much much better than when we moved in and she still hammered us on a cleaning fee!! I am sure she had every legal right to do business as she did. But with her it was all about how much of our deposit she could keep. out of $1200 we received $481......be careful and dont take her advice upon moving in.

This agent tried to get me drunk and came onto me in a homosexual way. I told him that I was not gay and he insisted that he wanted sex with me. Avoid this deviant at all costs!

Lacks professionalism. Deceitful and dishonest. Would not recommend working with her. Lacks credibility.

In a word: Wonderful! Dean searched for property for weeks until he found a property that met ALL of my criteria. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He really knew the area. I'd recommend him to anyone!
